It uses the principle of hot air laminar flow disinfection to perform short-term high-temperature sterilization on containers. It mainly consists of a preheating section, a heating sterilization section, and a cooling section. The processed bottles are carried by a mesh belt and directly pass through the preheating section, heating section, and cooling section. The three-stage structure of the oven, during the conveyor belt process, heats and circulates the bottles through a hundred level laminar air flow inside the box, thereby achieving sterilization and drying effects. The bottle is preheated in the low-temperature zone inside the box, sterilized by high-temperature heating, and cooled to complete the entire bottle sterilization process.
